At Loreen HandBags, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Final Sale Items
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure prompt processing and delivery, all orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we are unable to modify, update, or cancel orders once they have been submitted. If you notice an error after checkout, you may request a return once your order has been delivered, provided it meets our return eligibility requirements.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at loreenhandbags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions to complete the process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
